A <spin> system with two distinguishable, mutually coupled <spins> A and B, each coupled to three equivalent X <spins>. An ethoxy methylene with nonequivalent hydrogens can display this pattern; small A/B chemical-shift separation relative to their coupling produces second-order distortion.
