An <enzyme> interconverting <ATP>, <ADP> and <AMP> through $2\mathrm{ADP}\rightleftharpoons\mathrm{ATP}+\mathrm{AMP}$. Near equilibrium, <AMP>:<ATP> is proportional to the square of <ADP>:<ATP> under fixed conditions.
