= Admissible change of Weierstrass coordinates

An admissible change of Weierstrass coordinates has the form
$$
x=u^2x'+r,
\qquad
y=u^3y'+u^2sx'+t,
$$
where $u$ is nonzero. These are exactly the coordinate changes preserving Weierstrass form and the point at infinity.
