= Alfvén-surface regularity condition for an axisymmetric wind

If $r_A$ is the cylindrical radius at which $M_A^2=\mu_0k^2/\rho=1$, finite azimuthal velocity and magnetic field require
$$
\ell=\omega r_A^2.
$$
This cancels the simultaneous numerator and denominator zeros in the wind's azimuthal integrals.
