The ordinary matter component whose <mass> is predominantly in <baryons>, including stars and gas. Cosmological baryonic-matter budgets conventionally include the associated <electrons>. Its cosmic fraction among total matter is $\Omega_b/\Omega_m$, rather than $\Omega_b$ alone.
