= Biharmonic operator

The biharmonic operator applies the <Laplacian> twice. Under clamped boundary conditions, two integrations by parts give the positive quadratic form
$$
\langle\Delta^2u,u\rangle=\int_\Omega|\Delta u|^2.
$$
