A <Tychonoff space> is Čech-complete if it is a <G-delta set> in a <Hausdorff compactification>. The <G-delta compactification invariance> makes this independent of the chosen compactification, and equivalent to being a <G-delta set> in its <Stone-Čech compactification>.
