= Central-moment closure

A central-moment closure sets selected high-order <central moments> to zero. For example, setting the third central moment of $X$ to zero gives
$$
\mathbb E[X^3]=3\mathbb E[X]\mathbb E[X^2]-2(\mathbb E[X])^3.
$$
