= Choi reconstruction formula

With normalized <Choi state> $C_\Lambda$ and the output factor first,

\Lambda(X)=d\operatorname{Tr}_{\rm in}[C_\Lambda(I_{\rm out}\otimes X^T)].
$$
Expand $C_\Lambda=d^{-1}\sum_{i,j}\Lambda(|i\rangle\langle j|)\otimes|i\rangle\langle j|$. The <partial trace> multiplies each coefficient by $\operatorname{Tr}(|i\rangle\langle j|X^T)=X_{ij}$, reconstructing $\Lambda(X)$ by linearity.
