A comoving observer has constant <comoving coordinates> in a homogeneous expanding universe. Its physical separation from another comoving observer grows in proportion to the <scale factor>, giving relative recession governed by the <Hubble parameter>. Light exchanged between these observers undergoes <cosmological redshift>.
