<Conic optimization> using the <copositive cone>. The constraint $Q-\lambda I\in\operatorname{COP}_n$ supplies an exact reformulation of a <Rayleigh quotient> minimum on the <nonnegative orthant>. Exact conic formulation does not itself provide an efficient membership algorithm.
