In an idealized corotating pulsar magnetosphere, plasma moves with $\mathbf u=\boldsymbol\Omega\mathbin\times\mathbf r$. In Gaussian units, ideal magnetohydrodynamics then gives $\mathbf E=-\mathbf u\mathbin\times\mathbf B/c$.
