= Crystal lattice structure factor

For a finite set $S$ of crystal sites, the lattice structure factor at momentum transfer $Q$ is
$$
\Delta(Q)=\sum_{l\in S}e^{iQ\cdot l}.
$$
It multiplies the single-atom <scattering amplitude>.
