The electron-nucleus Coulomb-distortion factor multiplying an otherwise plane-wave <beta decay> spectrum. It depends on daughter charge, <lepton> charge and <lepton> <energy>. Its <energy> dependence means that a pure fifth-power phase-space rule is not generally exact.
