For a unit-speed space curve with nonzero curvature, $t=\dot\alpha$, $\kappa=|\dot t|$, $n=\dot t/\kappa$, and $b=t\times n$. With the torsion convention used here,
$$
\dot t=\kappa n,\qquad
\dot n=-\kappa t+\tau b,\qquad
\dot b=-\tau n.
$$
