For
$$
X_n=\bigvee_{i=1}^nS^1\vee\mathbb{RP}^2,
$$
the Seifert-van Kampen theorem gives
$$
\pi_1(X_n)\cong F_n*C_2
=\langle a_1,\ldots,a_n,b\mid b^2=1\rangle.
$$
