For two alleles $A,B$ sampled independently with frequencies $1-\theta$ and $\theta$, the genotype probabilities under Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium are
$$
P(AA)=(1-\theta)^2,
\qquad P(AB)=2\theta(1-\theta),
\qquad P(BB)=\theta^2.
$$
