= Hecke operator on lattice functions

One standard normalization is
$$
(T_nF)(\Lambda)=n^{k-1}\sum_{\Lambda'\supset\Lambda\atop[\Lambda':\Lambda]=n}F(\Lambda').
$$
Under the lattice model this becomes the usual weight-$k$ Hecke operator.
