Jan Gaspar is credited as the author of Boost.Circular Buffer by Jan Gaspar. The library provides a fixed-capacity container with circular storage, where insertion into a full buffer can overwrite an older entry according to the operation's semantics. Its implementation notes make storage allocation and end-operation costs explicit.^[ref]
