An experimental <atomic physicist> who coauthored a measurement of <degeneracy pressure> in trapped <lithium>. Collisions with a cooled <bosonic> component lowered the <fermionic> component's <temperature>; its spatial extent then revealed the pressure caused by the <Pauli exclusion principle>.
