= Lagrangian entropy inequality

The local <entropy> balance has nonnegative production, with heat supply $\rho_0r/\theta$ and <thermodynamic entropy flux> $q/\theta$ at positive <temperature> $\theta$. Its integral version holds on every material reference subvolume.
