= Laws of thermodynamics
{wiki}
The laws organize the equilibrium and process constraints of <thermodynamics>: the <zeroth law of thermodynamics> makes thermal equilibrium transitive, the <first law of thermodynamics> expresses energy balance, the <Second law of thermodynamics> restricts entropy changes, and the <Third law of thermodynamics> describes the zero-temperature limit. Their analogy with horizon mechanics becomes quantitative through <Hawking temperature> and <Bekenstein-Hawking entropy>.
