In complex dimension $n$, the <Lefschetz operator of a Kähler manifold> and <adjoint Lefschetz operator> satisfy $[\Lambda,L]=(n-k)\operatorname{id}$ on degree $k$. In middle degree, this yields $\|L\alpha\|^2=\|\Lambda\alpha\|^2$.
