For a <normal subgroup> $H\triangleleft G$, quotient $Q=G/H$, and a $G$-module $M$, the Lyndon–Hochschild–Serre spectral sequence has
$$
E_2^{p,q}=H^p(Q,H^q(H,M))\Longrightarrow H^{p+q}(G,M).
$$
