= Magnetic order
<Magnetic order> is a reproducible spatial organization of microscopic <magnetic moments>. A net <magnetization> describes their sum; a <staggered magnetization> describes an alternating pattern. These are different <order parameters>. For example, an alternating row of equal up and down arrows has zero sum but a definite pattern, whereas randomly oriented arrows can have a small sum without that pattern.
