A collection of bodies and specified interactions whose <configuration>, <velocities> and evolution are studied in <mechanics>. <Generalized coordinates> describe its allowed configurations, while <constraints> restrict them. A model must specify which bodies and surroundings are included before applying <conservation of momentum> or <conservation of energy>.
