The <momentum-shell renormalization group> splits a field into <slow modes> below $\Lambda/\zeta$ and fast modes in $\Lambda/\zeta<|k|<\Lambda$, integrates out the fast modes, then rescales momenta and fields to restore the cutoff and kinetic <normalization>.
