= Neumann Laplacian

The nonnegative Neumann Laplacian is the <self-adjoint> realization of $-\operatorname{div}\operatorname{grad}$ with vanishing outward <normal derivative>. Its weak quadratic form is the <Dirichlet energy> on $H^1$. On a connected compact domain the constants give a one-dimensional zero <eigenvalue> space.
