The proton and neutron form the nucleon <isospin> doublet, with <spin angular momentum> $1/2$ and <baryon number> one. A unit <Skyrmion> with the fermionic <Finkelstein-Rubinstein constraints> gives these quantum numbers in its lowest rotational multiplet.
