For $\operatorname{Re}m>0$, the decaying solution of
$$
-G''+m^2G=\delta_0
$$
is
$$
G(x)=\frac{e^{-m|x|}}{2m}.
$$
It is continuous at zero and has derivative jump $G'(0+)-G'(0-)=-1$.
