Integrating the exponential directly gives
$$
\mathcal L[e^{-nt}](p)=\int_0^\infty e^{-(p+n)t}\,dt
=\boxed{\frac1{p+n}},\qquad\operatorname{Re}p>-n.
$$
The inequality is the absolute-convergence domain of this <Laplace transform>.
