Using the stated loss ratio $L_N=3L_C$ in the derived logarithmic sensitivity gives
$$
\boxed{\frac{d\ln[\mathrm O_3]}{d(T^{-1})}
=\frac{2610+3(1200)}{2+3}=1242\ \mathrm K.}
$$
The positive sign means that cooling, which increases $T^{-1}$, increases the steady <ozone> <concentration> within this restricted middle-stratosphere model.
