= Solution

The triangular kernel is nonnegative, has integral one, support in $[-\delta,\delta]$, and supremum $1/\delta$. Thus the <convolution> is defined at every point and
$$
\boxed{|(f*g)(t)|\leq\int|f(s)|g(t-s)ds\leq\|f\|_1/\delta.}
$$
