A resonant <Rabi pi pulse> gives
$$

$$
It swaps $|0\rangle$ and $|1\rangle$ with a common <global phase>, implementing the <Pauli gate> $X$, or NOT. Its <Bloch sphere> action is a half-turn about the $x$-axis.
