= Solution

<Irreducible character> orthogonality gives $\langle\chi,\chi\rangle=1$. Under the proposed vanishing condition, only the identity contributes, so
$$
1=\frac{\chi(1)^2}{|S_6|}=\frac{\chi(1)^2}{720}.
$$
But $\chi(1)$ is an integer <dimension> and $720$ is not a square. Thus \b[no such partition exists].
