Use the <vector triple product> identity:
$$
C\times(J\times r)=J(C\cdot r)-r(C\cdot J).
$$
For the $i$th component of the second integral, the <antisymmetric first moment of a localized solenoidal field> with $C'=e_i$ gives $\int_Vr_i(C\cdot J)\,dV=-\int_V(C\cdot r)J_i\,dV$. Thus the two terms on the right have opposite integrals. Consequently
$$
\boxed{\int_V(C\cdot r)J\,dV=\frac12C\times\int_V(J\times r)\,dV.}
$$
