Integrating the <probability density function> over the stated interval gives
$$
\boxed{\mathbb P(T<8)=\int_0^8\frac1{25}e^{-t/25}\,dt
=1-e^{-8/25}=0.274\quad\text{(three significant figures)}.}
$$
The strict endpoint does not affect the <probability> for this <continuous probability distribution>.
