The <survival function> of this <exponential distribution> is $\mathbb P(T>t)=e^{-t/25}$ for $t\ge0$. Therefore
$$
\boxed{\mathbb P(T>20)=\int_{20}^\infty\frac1{25}e^{-t/25}\,dt
=e^{-20/25}=0.449\quad\text{(three significant figures)}.}
