Positive-energy one-particle <Poincaré group> representations have labels \b[$(m,s)$] for $m>0$, and \b[$(0,h)$] for finite-helicity massless states; individual massive polarizations add $m_s=-s,\ldots,s$. An $\mathcal N=1$ <massive supermultiplet> is labelled by mass $m$ and <superspin> $j$, with constituent labels
$$
\boxed{(m,j),\ (m,j),\ (m,j+\tfrac12),\ (m,j-\tfrac12)\quad(j\ge\tfrac12);\qquad (m,0),(m,0),(m,\tfrac12)\quad(j=0).}
$$
A <massless supermultiplet> has constituent labels
$$
\boxed{(0,h),\ (0,h-\tfrac12).}
$$
A <CPT completion of a supermultiplet> additionally supplies $(0,-h),(0,-h+\tfrac12)$, with conjugated internal charges where applicable. Constituent spins/<helicities> are the labels here, not counts of polarizations.
