For these <plane waves>, the vacuum <Faraday law> reads
$$
ik\mathbf e_z\times\mathbf E_0=i\omega\mathbf B_0.
$$
Cancel the nonzero factor $i\omega$ to obtain
$$
\boxed{\mathbf B_0=\frac k\omega\mathbf e_z\times\mathbf E_0.}
$$
For positive-frequency propagation in the positive $z$ direction, $k/\omega=1/c$.
