The wedge intersection is simply connected after taking suitable neighbourhoods, so repeated application of the <Seifert-van Kampen theorem> gives the free product of $n$ copies of $\mathbb Z$ with
$$
\pi_1(\mathbb{RP}^2)\cong C_2.
$$
Thus, for any basepoint,
$$
\boxed{\pi_1(X_n,x_0)
\cong
\langle a_1,\ldots,a_n,b\mid b^2=1\rangle
\cong F_n*C_2.}
$$
This is the <fundamental group of a wedge of circles and a real projective plane>.
