= Solution

The <Directed acyclic graph> has arrows
$$
\lambda\longrightarrow I\longleftarrow N,
\qquad
I\longrightarrow Y_G\longleftarrow\rho_G.
$$
The roots $\lambda$ and $\rho_G$ are independent under their <prior distributions>; $N$ is fixed. Equivalently, the joint distribution factorizes as
$$
p(\lambda)p(\rho_G)p(I\mid N,\lambda)
p(Y_G\mid I,\rho_G).
$$
