Using <Euler's formula> and the <Inverse Fourier transforms of phase factors>,
$$
\boxed{\mathcal F^{-1}[\cos(ka)](x)
=\frac12\{\delta(x+a)+\delta(x-a)\}},
$$
and
$$
\boxed{\mathcal F^{-1}[\sin(ka)](x)
=\frac1{2i}\{\delta(x+a)-\delta(x-a)\}}.
$$
These are <distributional identities>, with $\delta$ the <Dirac delta function>.
