Let $\pi=(\pi_A,\pi_B,\pi_C)$. Solving the <stationary distribution> equations $\pi P=\pi$ together with $\pi_A+\pi_B+\pi_C=1$ gives
$$
\boxed{\pi=\left(\frac12,\frac16,\frac13\right)}.
$$
