= Solution

For $C,D\subseteq\mathbb B$, one writes $C\leq_mD$ if there is a total computable <function> $f:\mathbb B\to\mathbb B$ such that
$$
x\in C\iff f(x)\in D
$$
for every $x$. This is a computable <many-one reduction>.
