\b[False.] <Continuous functions> can converge pointwise to the non-Riemann-integrable Dirichlet <function>; for example enumerate the rationals and use continuous narrow bumps whose first $n$ peaks cover the first $n$ rationals while widths shrink suitably pointwise off $\mathbb Q$.
