Each observation from the <uniform distribution> has <mean> $\theta/2$. By <linearity of expectation>, $\mathbb E\sum_iX_i=n\theta/2$, so another <unbiased estimator> is
$$
\boxed{\theta^*=\frac2n\sum_{i=1}^nX_i=2\overline X.}
$$
