Set $t=\log(1/x)$, so $x=e^{-t}$ and $dx=-e^{-t}dt$. The <improper integral> becomes
$$
\int_0^1[\log(1/x)]^4dx=\int_0^\infty t^4e^{-t}dt=\Gamma(5).
$$
The <Gamma function recurrence> gives
$$
\boxed{\int_0^1[\log(1/x)]^4dx=24.}
$$
The exponential-transformed integrand also proves convergence at the logarithmically singular endpoint.
