The <vector triple product identity> gives
$$
\boxed{a\times(b\times c)=(a\cdot c)b-(a\cdot b)c.}
$$
It is the requested <linear combination> of $b$ and $c$. The notation $\wedge$ in this question denotes the three-dimensional <cross product>.
