= Solution

A constant <sequence> must satisfy the <fixed point> equation $y_*=\sqrt{2+y_*}$. The <square root> forces $y_*\geq0$. Squaring gives $(y_*-2)(y_*+1)=0$, so the negative algebraic root is inadmissible. Hence
$$
\boxed{y_*=2.}
$$
Starting at $y_0=2$ produces the constant <sequence> $2,2,\ldots$.
